Building/Development Process

1. Fill out application form with all contact information including cell numbers, email address, and signature.
2. Email completed application to Mannie Withrow as indicated on forms.
3. Application will be reviewed, then an application fee will be established where you will be contacted to pay the application fee at the Town of Stellarton office.
4. Once the fee has been paid and confirmed by the Town, the application will be processed for the insurance of permits. 
5. Permits will be emailed to your address on the application or can be mailed if requested.
