Volunteer of the Year Nominations Now Open!

Nominations are now being accepted for the Francis Bud MacKay Volunteer of the Year Award! 

Each year, the Town of Stellarton holds a Volunteer Recognition Reception to celebrate our community volunteers. This reception had been on hold for a few years due to the pandemic, but we were very pleased to be able to bring this reception back in 2023. It's an evening we look forward to celebrating again this year, and for many more to come 

There are many community groups with volunteers who serve the residents of Stellarton. This tradition provides an opportunity for community and sport groups to recognize these outstanding volunteers. Organizations can make a selection and submit a nomination form for your volunteer to be honoured. 

Nomination forms must be submitted to the Town of Stellarton no later than March 22, 2024.
