Homecoming 2020

STELLARTON, NOVA SCOTIA – It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Stellarton Homecoming, scheduled for July 22-26, will be cancelled for the 2020 year.

This difficult decision was made after a number of factors were considered: The nature of COVID-19 and the provincial restrictions surrounding the pandemic, the uncertainty about when restrictions can and will be lifted, and the challenges being faced by individuals and our local businesses.

Homecoming is a staple in our community. It offers a safe space to bring together friends and families to celebrate the history and love of Stellarton. This is a special week for many people and while we would love to celebrate with everyone, our top priority is always the health and safety of our community.

We would like to thank the Homecoming Committee for their efforts in planning for this year’s events and our local community for the ongoing support. We look forward to seeing everyone for Homecoming 2021.
